PRP Announces New exPRESS Vinyl Packs With Six Week Turnaround Time
With a standard turnaround time of eight to ten weeks, Precision Record Pressing (PRP) is already one of the fastest vinyl pressing plants in the world. However, in an industry where releases, tours and viral sensations can often materialize far quicker, we understand the need for an even faster option that’s affordable to everyone. Therefore we’re excited to introduce exPRESS Vinyl Packs, a lightning-fast option that we believe will usher-in a new era of vinyl record pressing.
These highly-refined 100, 200 and 300 unit packages not only offer unprecedented turnaround times of just six weeks but are also more affordable than our standard packages.
How do we achieve a six week turnaround time?
Our team has worked hard to refine our processes and put together a new program that enables this super-quick turnaround time. Two distinctive features set exPRESS Vinyl Packs apart. Unlike our regular packages and pricing, EVPs forgo test pressings. PRP enjoys a 98% approval rating for test pressings from our clients, so we’re confident that you’ll love the sound of your finished records without this added step. Furthermore, our three-stage quality assurance process means your vinyl records will still be subject to all the same checks and controls as our regular packages. exPRESS Vinyl Packs also feature digitally printed record jackets which are faster to manufacture. We’ve worked hard with our in-house print department to ensure that the new jackets meet the same high standards as our traditional jackets. This change also allows us to offer exPRESS Vinyl Packs at a lower price and achieve the six-week turnaround time.
